Gisteren vond ik een andere product in ons keukenkastje, Green Sweet Icing Poedersuiker. Ingrediënten Erythritol (99,8%) en Steviolglycoside (Reb A) (0,2%). Nu herken ik de kristallen van het eerste ingrediënt wel, maar wat die tweede precies doet is weet ik niet. Misschien wel helemaal niets. Dat is ook waar ik vanuit ga. De kristallen die ik gisteren “bakte” zagen er ook uit als die ik zie bij Surin, en dat is 100% Erythritol.
